Justine Kerr is a Scottish artist and sculptor living and working in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Justine studied Fine Art, specializing in Sculpture, at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in Dundee, Scotland. She obtained her BFA (Hons) degree in 1998.
